Chef/ Kitchen Manager
Looking for a Chef to study recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff and to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations. If you have experience with advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients, we’d like to meet you. Taking role as Chef also comes with being Kitchen Manager that will be responsible for the overall operations for the back of house and kitchen area of our restaurant. Kitchen manager will also be responsible for purchasing food and stock, and make sure everyone is trained on proper food preparation.
We are looking for a line cook to prepare food to the exact kitchen specifications and to set up stations for menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting Chef's with their daily tasks. Responsibilities include set up and stock stations, cook menu items in corporation with the rest of the kitchen staff, as well as clean up station and take care of leftover food. You should answer, report, and follow the chef's instructions. As a line cook we ask that you ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and timely fashion.
We are looking for a Food Runner to join our team and facilitate collaboration between our kitchen and wait staff. Food Runner responsibilities ensuring our guests have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food in a timely and accurate manner.

Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity quality, and customer service standards. To be successful in this role, you'll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. Back of the house management is essential, as you'll hire qualified Cooks and Wait Staff, set work schedules, oversee food prep and make sure we comply with health and safety regulations. We'll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.
We are looking for cleaning help to take care of our building and carry out cleaning, and maintenance duties. These duties will need to be done early in the morning before our establishment is open to the public.
